Voices

Voices is a small ensemble of choir members who serve as representatives of the Lincoln Civic Choir (LCC) to the Lincoln community - performing, entertaining, and helping to get the word out about our concerts and activities.

We rehearse Monday evenings from 7:30 pm until around 9:00 pm. Usually we rehearse in Room 300 of the Rogers Center for Fine Arts on the Nebraska Wesleyan University campus at N. 50th St and Huntington Ave.

Voices performs ten to twenty times during the year. We are especially busy at Christmas time! Some of our regular venues include the Atwood House for the American Business Women's Association, Star City Achievers fundraising tea, Friday night caroling in the Haymarket, and the Bethany Christian Church Christmas program.

The group was started more than six years ago when community organizations, businesses, and social groups began asking for singers from LCC to perform for special events.
