Our Rehearsal Schedule & Policies

Place and Time

Rehearsals are normally held Thursday nights from 7:30 to 9:30 pm in Room 300 of the Rogers Center for Fine Arts on the Nebraska Wesleyan University (NWU) campus at N. 50th St and Huntington Ave. Exceptions are noted in the schedule below. There are generally sectionals beginning 45 minutes prior to the rehearsal start time.

Monday, May 3 12-12:50 choir room with E. Polochick
Monday, May 3 5-7 p.m. Saint Paul United Methodist Church sanctuary
Tuesday, May 4 7:30-10 p.m. Westbrook Music Hall, Room 130
Wednesday, May 5 7:30-10 p.m. (dress rehearsal), Kimball Hall
Thursday, May 6, 7:30 p.m. concert
Friday, May 7 7:30 p.m. concert

The rehearsals April 8 and noon May 3 are listed in case you are able to join us. The rehearsal May 4 is unlikely to keep you until 10. Ed may run the 4th movement first. You are always welcome to join the Wesleyan Choir during our regular rehearsal M-W-F, 12-12:50 T-Th 11:30-12:45. Please check with Bill Wyman first since the Wesleyan Choir is also preparing for another concert. He plans to work on Beethoven a part of each rehearsal.

Missing Rehearsal

If you will have to miss a rehearsal, or will be late to a rehearsal, please contact your section leader prior to the rehearsal.

DO NOT wear perfume, cologne/after-shave, or scented hair spray at rehearsals or concerts.
